CANCELLATION & CHANGES POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations must be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled arrival. Cancellations, excluding Special Event Cancellations, will result in a Cancellation Fee of $12.00.
If you have given us your Visa or MasterCard number to reserve your space, over the telephone, and choose this as your method of payment, your card will be processed when you check in, not beforehand.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled date and do not notify us in advance your credit card will be charged for one (1) days’ rent and your reservation will be cancelled.
During special events a deposit of $30.00 is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations during special events have a forty-eight (48) hours cancellation policy. Cancellations before the 48 hours will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. After 48 hours you will be charged the full camping fee per unit.
Any long-term reservation (staying 30 days or longer) requires a $350 downpayment on their site.
